Hi! 👋 I'm Nathan. While formally trained in film school, my passion for creating cinematic wedding photos and films started off locally in ​Michigan helping friends and family who trusted me to capture their big day. I soon became known as "The guy people wished they had hired for their own wedding" because of my dedication to show up early, stay late, and provide a masterpiece of photos and films. HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK YOUR SERVICES?
I accept bookings up to two years in advance. Please send an inquiry even if you're just looking for more information on your options!
CAN I REVIEW THE VIDEOS/PHOTOS BEFORE IT’S FINALIZED?
Absolutely! I offer proofs typically 60 days from the wedding where you will get a chance to email a list of edits you'd like to have done. Keep in mind, throughout your wedding booking process, we'll have a great understanding of the styles and themes that you're dreaming of and I'll personally have extensive notes, examples, and past work to guide your wedding looks.
MY VENUE REQUIRES INSURANCE. ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes! I carry general liability insurance that satisfies the requirements of all venues typical for a wedding as well as licenses and certifications for any drone requirements.
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
I work professionally with all major payment card on my website and require a 50% reservation fee within 2 weeks of signing the contract. From there, you'll receive the remainder invoice(s) which can be paid whenever you decide up to 2 weeks before your wedding date!
CAN WE DM THE DETAILS ON SOCIAL?
Social media is one of my biggest platforms for helping couples plan their dream weddings! A lot of communication happens through email, phone calls, text, and other social apps which I'm on all the time. Feel free to reach out to me with any wedding details, questions, or comments!
WHAT'S THE PROCESS FOR BOOKING YOU?
Once you fill out the contact form below, I'll check my availability and if that day is open, we'll schedule a call or meetup to go over your video/photo needs. We'll then get those details tailored into a contract and sign with a deposit to lock in the date!
WHAT INFLUENCES TRAVEL OR OTHER COSTS?
Because I frequently travel for weddings, I have a general understanding of the cost to drive or fly to your destination as well as the other little things like wanting extended camera coverage of the ceremony or unique photo/film styles and requests that you may have! As a tribute to my home state, all Michigan weddings are travel/booking cost free!
WHAT DOES "FULL DAY" OF VIDEO/PHOTO MEAN?
Some of the best moments captured on a wedding day happen outside of a 4-8 hour contract. Being present allows me to be ready for special moments and find hidden details in the environment that make your story incredible on a film or photo album. Brides, Grooms, and Coordinators are more relaxed and confident in the schedule knowing that I'm nearby and ready for the spontaneous! Plus I love being at weddings :)
